Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received. Proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
